No cedar or aluminum or portables built next door to you lowering the value of your cherished property.
Vehicles like log trucks or large commercials be stored OR WORKED ON, on site (caravan and boats accepted)
No trees over 3 meters high, (definitely NO LEYLANDIA TREES) thereby
the view you have bought with the house should be retained within these
perimeters, or again the LAW IS ON YOUR SIDE should your new neighbor
not be considerate.
We try to design all new homes to maximize every ones views and privacy
on all future buildings we undertake to build, including deck areas.
Decor front sandstone wall, these may not denote your boundary, are purely
site decor wall, we ask you retain these as they are, to keep the site to a
high standard, this again is to your future advantage.
So you keep by the strength of these caveats:
